NEW YORK, February 20, 2007 — Humanscale Healthcare will preview its V2 and V9 Articulating Wall Mount computer solutions at the HIMSS07 Conference & Exhibition. These products team ergonomic comfort and safety with maximum space savings to provide easy computer access in compact healthcare environments.
The V2 Articulating Wall Mount accommodates a monitor, keyboard and CPU while consuming just four inches of horizontal space when stored. Featuring Humanscale’s innovative adjustable keyboard/mousing support and one-touch adjustable monitor arm, the V2 offers intuitive, independent adjustability of each component to provide the perfect sitting or standing computing solution for virtually any caregiver. With a maximum reach of 27 inches and a 12-inch range of motion for both the keyboard platform and monitor, the V2 offers ample flexibility for ultra-compact spaces.
The V9 Articulating Wall Mount, with a maximum reach of 54 inches, brings compact computing flexibility to a whole new level. A series of folding, articulating arms provides a wide range of positioning options depending on available workspace and the ergonomic needs of the user. The monitor and keyboard/mousing surface are each independently adjustable for added comfort. The V9 consumes just seven inches of horizontal space when stored, and may be locked to a wall when not in use to secure and protect sensitive healthcare information.
Both the V2 and V9 incorporate the world’s best-selling adjustable keyboard system for optimal comfort and ease of use.
